We offer classes Monday thru Saturday. It is encouraged that students attend classes at least 2-3 times a week. You pick the days that will work for you with your schedule.
In our Tae kwon Do classes, students will learn forms, kicks, sparring, and self-defense. Students will gain self-discipline and confidence through mental and physical training.
Tae Kwon Do is a great offset to any sport for any age. It will help any child improve their athletic skills as well as their focus.
Tae Kwon Do is the most popular martial art over the past 20 years. In 2000, Tae Kwon Do gained full status as an Olympic Sport. There are several competitions our school attends all over the United States throughout the year.
On Saturday morning at 10:00am, we spend the whole class on tournament training. We utilize this extra time to work on kicking combinations and conditioning drills to give our students that extra edge to do their best at that next tournament. Tournament training is optional to all students.
